Job summary

Notion is seeking a senior Strategy & Operations leader to partner with Engineering, Product, and Design, driving high‑impact initiatives and AI-enabled automation. You will translate complex data into actionable plans and build scalable models to guide executive decisions.

You will work with senior leaders to identify opportunities, shape strategy, and ensure timely execution while leveraging AI tools to move faster and deliver measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of strategy experience, with 5+ years in management consulting, investment banking, or related fields.
• Highly structured mindset with a strong focus on outcomes and turning data into insights.
• Excellent financial modeling skills with attention to detail and quality.
• Outstanding executive-level written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to operate independently with senior stakeholders and manage timelines.
• Genuine enthusiasm for AI tools; we use AI to move faster and work smarter.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools like Notion AI, Claude, Codex, or similar.
• Deep understanding of AI SaaS business models, monetization, and pricing.
• Data self-sufficiency; SQL is required.

Responsibilities

• Identify high-leverage strategic opportunities and own them end-to-end from scoping to execution.
• Cross-functional collaboration with product, engineering, and GTM leaders to define and implement strategy across Notion products.
• Structure complex strategic problems and build business cases and quantitative models for leadership.
• Define drivers of business performance with cross-functional leaders and integrate opportunities.
• Develop competitive insights and inform recommendations based on market peer analysis.
• Understand Notion customers and market landscape to uncover actionable recommendations.
• Use AI tools to create scalable, practical automation and scalable systems.
