Thompson Austin seeks an Assistant Executive Housekeeper to lead daily housekeeping operations, ensure Hyatt luxury standards, and manage guest rooms, public spaces, and laundry. You will train, coach, and develop staff while collaborating across departments to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Reporting to the Executive Housekeeper, you will sustain brand expectations, drive safety and quality, and support VIP service, while fostering a culture of excellence in a fast-paced luxury hotel

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of leadership experience in hotel housekeeping or rooms operations.
• Proven ability to lead teams in a fast-paced hospitality setting.
• Strong knowledge of housekeeping operations, inventory management, cleaning procedures and laundry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with diverse guests and colleagues.

Responsabilités

• Assist in the daily oversight of housekeeping operations, including guestrooms, public spaces, laundry, and overnight cleaning teams.
• Ensure all guest rooms and public areas meet Hyatt brand standards and luxury expectations.
• Support inventory management, purchasing, and maintenance of supplies and equipment.
• Monitor safety, sanitation, and security policies and procedures.
• Assist with recruiting, training, coaching, scheduling, and performance management of housekeeping staff.
• Inspect guestrooms and public spaces to ensure quality standards are met.
• Collaborate with Front Office, Engineering, Rooms Operations and other departments for seamless guest experiences.
• Support VIP arrivals, turndown service, special requests and accommodations for dignitaries.
• Promote a positive, inclusive work environment and drive colleague engagement.
• Address guest concerns promptly and ensure timely resolution.
