PM New Logo in Portland, OR seeks an Executive Housekeeper to oversee all housekeeping and laundry functions, ensuring top-quality service and a home-like hotel experience. You will supervise rooms, public areas, and dining spaces while mentoring staff and maintaining budgets.

You will lead scheduling, training, and daily operations, coordinating meetings and communications across teams. The role emphasizes customer service, problem solving, and a people-first approach in a fast-paced hotel

Competenze

Degree in Hotel Management or related field required.
At least 2 years of housekeeping management experience preferred in a hotel setting.
Coaching, mentoring and teambuilding experience valued.
Strong customer service, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills; must be a people-person.

Mansioni

Supervise cleanliness of guest rooms, lobbies, public areas, bathrooms, guest floors, and bar/restaurant.
Select, train and develop housekeeping and laundry staff.
Direct, schedule and instruct staff in work details; ensure clear guidance.
Plan and conduct staff meetings; participate in related meetings for information sharing.
Manage housekeeping and laundry finances, including budget and inventory controls; ensure adequate supplies.
