Job summary

PM Hotel Group is seeking a Floor Inspector to ensure rooms meet our cleanliness and guest-ready standards. You will lead the housekeeping team, assign tasks, and ensure timely turnover of rooms while maintaining high service levels.

You will supervise room attendants, inspect for cleanliness, train staff on SOPs, and manage costs. This role requires a people-centric approach and flexibility to work varied shifts at our Portland properties.

Qualifications

• At least 1–3 years of related housekeeping experience.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be a people person with leadership and customer-service focus.

Responsibilities

• Lead housekeeping staff and assign/review work.
• Oversee cleanliness of guest rooms and public areas; manage turnover and laundry.
• Train staff on hotel SOPs and departmental standards.
• Monitor staffing and labor costs to stay within budget.
