Job summary

ilani is seeking an experienced Executive Housekeeper to manage the hotel housekeeping operations, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. You will lead a team, oversee rooms and public areas, manage budgets, and coordinate with laundry and vendors.

The role requires 5+ years of leadership in hospitality housekeeping, hands-on supervision of 250+ rooms, and strong organization and safety knowledge. On-site position with a focus on quality and team development.

Qualifications

• Progressive housekeeping leadership experience in a hotel, resort, or casino environment (5+ years).
• 3+ years of management overseeing housekeeping operations with 250+ rooms.
• 4 Diamond housekeeping experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and team-building skills.
• Experience managing labor scheduling, productivity standards, staffing and budgets.
• Strong knowledge of housekeeping, laundry operations, safety and chemicals.

Responsibilities

• Oversee cleaning of guest rooms, public areas and Heart of House operations.
• Perform daily inspections for cleanliness, appearance and organization.
• Lead departmental meetings and develop strategic plans and goals.
• Hire, train, schedule, evaluate and counsel housekeeping staff.
• Prepare department schedules and labor/productivity reports.
• Coordinate linen/laundry operations and inventory control.
• Ensure guest requests are fulfilled promptly and vendor coordination as needed.
