Qualifications

• Minimum five years of progressive housekeeping leadership experience in a hotel, resort, or casino environment.
• Minimum three years of management experience overseeing housekeeping operations, supervisors, and line-level team members in a hotel with 250+ rooms.
• 4 Diamond housekeeping experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of housekeeping operations, laundry operations, cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety procedures.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and hospitality management systems.
• Bi-lingual communication skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promotes superior guest service and maintains a positive organizational culture.
• Oversees daily operations of housekeeping staff, including cleaning and sanitation of guest rooms and public areas.
• Performs daily inspections for cleanliness, appearance, and organization per department standards.
• Prepares departmental schedules, labor, and productivity reports.
• Partner with laundry operations, manage par levels and distribution standards.
• Develops action plans and projects for areas needing cleaning improvements.
