Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a dynamic, service-oriented Executive Housekeeper to join our team in San Diego, CA. The role leads housekeeping operations, ensuring top-notch cleanliness and guest satisfaction across all areas of the property.

The Executive Housekeeper will schedule, manage staff, and oversee quality standards while maintaining a positive, inclusive work environment. This on-site leadership opportunity offers competitive compensation and a robust benefits package.

Responsabilidades

• Schedules room and cleaning assignments to ensure proper coverage.
• Inspects suites and public areas for cleanliness and maintenance.
• Performs housekeeping duties including making beds, vacuuming, cleaning.
• Verifies and updates status of rooms during shift.
• Counsels staff on discrepancies and coaching as needed.
• Notifies management of maintenance repairs.
• Hires, coaches and disciplines direct reports.
• Performs other duties as assigned to meet business objectives.
