Qualifications

• Two years of leadership experience in housekeeping or a similar role.
• Strong communication and guest service skills.
• Ability to lead a team and maintain standards.

Responsibilities

• Inspects suites and public areas to ensure cleanliness and repairs.
• Ensure associates have supplies, equipment, and uniforms at all times.
• Train staff on safety standards and enforce them consistently.
• Perform housekeeping duties including making beds and cleaning.
• Verify and update room status throughout shift.
• Randomly inspect rooms for cleanliness and quality.
• Handle opening and closing shift duties.
• Notify GM/Chief Engineer of maintenance needs.
• Monitor hotel cleanliness including entrances and parking areas.
• Act as Manager on Duty when required.
• Available to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Perform other duties to meet business objectives.
