Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a dynamic Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our housekeeping team. You will inspect suites and public areas, ensure supplies and uniforms, and train staff to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and safety across our properties.

This role requires at least two years of leadership experience in housekeeping, a High School diploma, basic computer skills, and strong written and verbal communication to exceed guest expectations.

Formación

• Minimum of two years in leadership housekeeping position.
• High School education required; post-high school education preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Inspects all assigned suites and public areas to ensure furnishings, equipment, linens, etc. are clean and in good repair.
• Ensure that all associates have proper supplies, equipment and uniform including nametag, gloves and goggles.
• Train associates on safety standards and enforce those standards on a consistent basis. Identify associates engaging in unsafe behaviors and retrain them appropriately. Complete accident investigations and take steps to prevent future accidents.
• Performs all housekeeping duties necessary, including making beds, vacuuming and cleaning.
• Verifies and updates status of discrepant rooms throughout the shift.
• Randomly selects assigned rooms to ensure cleanliness.
• Perform opening and closing shift duties.
• Notifies GM and/or Chief Engineer of maintenance repairs necessary.
• Monitor cleanliness of hotel including parking lot and exterior entrances.
• Acts as Manager on Duty when required.
• Available to work nights, weekends, and holidays as necessary.
• Perform various other duties as assigned to meet business objectives
