Schulte Hospitality Group seeks a dynamic, service-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team. SHG is a leading hospitality company with a people-first culture across 200 locations. This full-time role oversees housekeeping operations, trains staff, and ensures safety and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two (2) years in leadership housekeeping position.
• Minimum of High School education, post-high school education preferred.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
• Ability to exceed expectations of guests and team members.

Responsibilities

• Inspects all housekeeping areas to ensure cleanliness and upkeep.
• Supervise housekeeping staff and ensure supplies, equipment, and uniforms are available.
• Train associates on safety standards and enforce them; investigate accidents and retrain staff as needed.
• Perform housekeeping duties as needed and ensure opening/closing shift duties are covered.
• Notify management of maintenance repairs and monitor cleanliness of hotel exterior and interior areas.
• Act as Manager on Duty when required and work nights, weekends, and holidays as necessary.
