Chase is seeking a Communications Senior Associate in the Consumer and Community Banking Event Strategy Center of Excellence to lead the strategy, planning, and execution of large-scale events for Senior Leaders. You will partner with Communications leaders across the organization to support Senior Leader Conferences, Market/Site visits, Town Halls, and more.

• 3+ years prior experience in event management activities.
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to liaise with senior leadership and manage multiple high‑profile events.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of engagement for Executive Communicators when planning events.
• Create event strategies that align with goals and budgets.
• Manage end-to-end event tasks: calendars, budgets, vendor negotiation, signage, print orders, invoicing, and logistics.
• Oversee on-site staff, speaker coordination, registrations, AV needs and presentations.
• Coordinate run of show and post-event data management and debriefs.
