Job summary

You will partner with the Compensation Committee and senior leadership to ensure programs are competitive, compliant, and aligned with the company’s governance standards, with oversight of equity and disclosure processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Finance, or business; MBA preferred.
• Extensive compensation experience, especially executive comp.
• Deep knowledge of executive comp regulations, governance trends.
• Experience preparing materials for Compensation Committees and Boards.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute executive compensation programs.
• Ensure market competitiveness and alignment with strategy.
• Provide guidance on trends, regulatory changes, proxy perspectives.
• Lead benchmarking analyses and collaborate with Finance.
