Qualifications

• 4+ years of compensation experience.
• Experience with compensation surveys, proxy data, and benchmarking.
• Knowledge of public company executive compensation practices and disclosures.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.
• Strong analytical and communication abilities.
• Ability to handle confidential information.
• Experience with Workday and compensation databases preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct executive compensation benchmarking and market analyses.
• Analyze base salary, incentives, and total direct compensation.
• Support design and evaluation of executive compensation programs.
• Develop compensation recommendations and financial models.
• Collaborate with Finance, Legal, Stock Administration, and HR teams.
• Support annual executive compensation planning and equity cycles.
• Prepare analyses and presentations for leadership and the Board.
• Assist with governance reviews and pay-for-performance analyses.
• Contribute to disclosures and proxy statements.
• Create dashboards to inform compensation practices and trends.
