Job summary

Equinix in Dallas seeks a People Experience Senior Specialist, Lifecycle & Operations to lead compensation cycles, lifecycle events and data governance. You will collaborate with Total Rewards, Payroll and HR partners to ensure accurate, timely and compliant processes.

You will drive improvements through automation, Workday transactions and AI-enabled tooling, delivering high-quality employee experiences while maintaining data integrity and audit readiness.

Qualifications

• Experience in compensation operations, HR operations, or data-intensive environments.
• Experience with sensitive employee data.
• Strong analytical capability including data validation, reporting and problem-solving.
• Experience using Workday or another HR technology platform.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver accurately in time-sensitive cycles.
• Good judgement and discretion handling confidential information.
• Ability to work across multiple stakeholders and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Support the operational delivery of the Annual Pay cycle with consistent processes and controls.
• Review compensation data and perform data validation checks.
• Manage compensation escalations and enable advisor and digital service platforms.
• Oversee compensation content and knowledge management.
• Maintain training and communications for compensation cycle execution.
• Work with partners to refine service delivery and enable compensation support at scale.
• Support digital enablement of compensation operations through automation and AI-enabled tools.
