Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive compensation experience.
• 5+ years supporting executive compensation programs.
• Deep knowledge of equity and stock-based compensation.
• Experience preparing Board of Directors and Compensation Committee materials.
• Strong Excel, modeling, and data analytics skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, administer, and govern executive compensation programs.
• Prepare board materials, briefings, and decision support for leadership.
• Coordinate annual executive compensation review cycles with governance bodies.
• Administer equity programs (RSUs, PSUs) and model grants.
• Develop analytics, scenarios, and financial impact analyses for executives.
