Job summary

Twilio is seeking a Senior Executive Business Partner to provide proactive calendar management and organizational support to two R&D VP’s. You will collaborate with executives, support teams, and direct reports to drive execution of strategic initiatives within a remote-first environment.

This role involves complex scheduling, travel coordination, event planning, and confidential handling of information, with opportunities to participate in leadership summits and cross-functional projects.

Qualifications

• 7+ years executive-level support in a fast-paced technology environment, with ability to exercise sound judgment amidst ambiguity.
• 7+ years supporting leaders in strategic planning, business operations, or related functions within tech.
• Superior attention to detail and high integrity for confidential information.
• Demonstrated ability to build cross-functional relationships and keep multiple teams on track.
• Experience planning domestic and international travel including logistics.
• Ability to plan virtual, in-person, or hybrid leadership events.
• Proficient in administrative tools (G-Suite, Zoom, Slack).
• Excellent time-management, problem-solving and ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Calendar & Priority Management: Partner with executives to rank requests and manage complex calendars, exercising discretion for leaders.
• Proactive Time & Workload Insights: Advise on calendar efficiency with confidential handling.
• End-to-End Travel & Logistics: Oversee travel, expense reports and event logistics for leadership meetings.
• Team Liaison: Serve as main contact for executive reports and cross-functional teams.
• Offsites & Event Execution: Plan and execute executive offsites and team gatherings, manage budgets.
• Internal Communications Support: Assist with team-all hands and leadership messaging logistics.
• Peer Collaboration: Align with other Executive Business Partners on broad objectives.
• Business Acumen & Growth: Understand business drivers to support leadership and development.
