Job summary

Sony Interactive Entertainment (SIE) is seeking a Senior Executive Assistant to the Senior VP & General Counsel in San Mateo. This hybrid role supports a global legal team, coordinating complex calendars, travel, and communications while maintaining confidentiality and high-level professionalism.

You will partner with executives, internal teams, and external partners across time zones, shaping events, meetings, and strategic initiatives in a fast-paced entertainment tech environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience supporting a senior executive.
• Ability to create compelling PowerPoint presentations with design sensibility and impact.
• Collaborative work style with internal and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Handle a complex calendar and arrange travel for the General Counsel and department.
• Manage information flow, obtain signatures, and screen calls.
• Submit expense reports and process outside counsel invoices.
• Represent the Executive professionally in meetings and communications.
• Liaise with Sony groups, vendors, and stakeholders across time zones.
• Provide logistics for meetings, events and conferences with Facilities and IT.
• Publish staff travel and holiday schedules and locate team members as needed.
• Serve as a knowledge base for processes and procedures within the department.
