The ideal candidate brings 8+ years of senior-level support, strong presentation skills, and a commitment to confidentiality. This hybrid role involves collaboration across time zones and multiple Sony groups.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of experience supporting a senior executive.
• Ability to create compelling presentations with design sensibility.
• Strong collaboration with executives, assistants, and partners.
• Experience coordinating across multiple time zones and diverse cultures.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Manage a complex, high-level calendar for the General Counsel and coordinate meetings and travel.
• Screen calls, route communications, and ensure timely information flow.
• Prepare and submit expense reports for the General Counsel and team.
• Process outside counsel invoices and liaise with stakeholders.
• Represent the Executive professionally in meetings and calls.
