Responsibilities

  • Coordinate logistics for meetings, conferences, and events, developing agendas and action items, visiting venues, and contacting vendors.
  • Screen incoming communications, such as phone calls, emails, text messages, and mail, and respond on behalf of executive when necessary.
  • Support financial management by preparing reports and budgets.
  • Prepare and edit presentations and documents.
  • Coordinate complex travel arrangements.
  • Liaise between executive office and internal and external stakeholders, such as clients, staff, and vendors.
  • Perform research and compile data.
  • Maintain confidential files and records.
  • Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned to support executives.
