Collaborate with community partners and internal teams to manage projects, prepare reports and dashboards, and ensure efficient administrative workflows.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent work experience.
• 4+ years of executive assistant/administrative support experience.
• Strong written, verbal, organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and virtual communication platforms.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level administrative support to leadership overseeing population health and community engagement initiatives.
• Manage executive calendars, scheduling, travel arrangements, correspondence, and workflow coordination.
• Coordinate meetings, agendas, materials, minutes, logistics, and follow-up activities across departments.
• Draft professional correspondence and maintain filing systems and confidential records.
