Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5+ years in senior EA or operations leadership supporting C-suite executives.
• Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English (written and spoken) required.
• Proven ability to lead, onboard, and scale virtual support teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the central operational liaison across multiple entities and partners.
• Create and refine SOPs; onboard and manage a growing team of remote assistants.
• Partner with founder to manage calendars, reports, and KPI dashboards.
