Job summary

Inside Out Hiring is seeking an Operations Executive Assistant to support the Founder of a fast-growing wealth management firm affiliated with an RIA. This remote role covers CRM data management, client communications, scheduling, and creating presentation decks to free the Founder for high-value advisory work.

The ideal candidate will have executive support experience, strong CRM skills, flawless English, and the ability to craft polished materials using templates.

Qualifications

• Executive support experience assisting an executive or business owner (financial services or RIA a plus).
• CRM management including data entry, cleanup, and pipeline tracking.
• Excellent written and spoken English for client/recordkeeper communications.
• Experience building polished presentation materials and decks from templates.
• AI tools (Claude) for drafting, workflow building, and speed gains.
• Ability to work aligned hours with US Central Time.

Responsibilities

• CRM management and data cleanup across client records and referrals.
• Draft and organize client/recordkeeper communications; SOPs for templates.
• Coordinate Founder’s calendar, resolve conflicts, protect time blocks.
• Create customized decks and one-pagers using Pitch.com templates.
• Leverage AI tools to draft materials and improve workflows.
