Strawberry Paris in Downtown Los Angeles (DTLA) is seeking a Sr. Executive Assistant / Project Manager to partner directly with the CEO.

This in-person role sits at our HQ and supports luxury growth across wholesale, marketing, production, and operations with relentless hustle and precision. You’ll orchestrate complex initiatives, optimize schedules, manage CRM and automation, and help shape franchise opportunities while maintaining impeccable organization and discretion in a fast-paced,

Qualifications

2+ years in executive assistance, project management, or operations within luxury fashion/wholesale/e-commerce
Strong analytical skills and data-driven growth mindset
Experience in marketing, production, and CRM/automation
Excellent organization, discretion, and resilience under pressure

Responsibilities

Lead hiring/training and improve sales team performance with analytics
Collaborate on marketing programs: ads, influencers, partnerships to drive online sales
Oversee production and supply chain: select factories, manage development and samples
Manage end-to-end projects: CRM customization and automation programs
Oversee shipping, AR/AP and financial tracking to align with targets
