Job description

Sr. Executive Assistant / Project Manager – Strawberry Paris
Luxury Boho Womenswear |DTLA-based
Full-Time | Downtown Los Angeles HQ l IN PERSON ROLE

Strawberry Paris is more than a brand—it's a whispered dream in the world of ultra-luxury boho romance. Inspired by the effortless elegance of Zimmerman and the timeless allure of Chloé, we craft feminine, sun-kissed collections that blend artisanal craftsmanship with modern wanderlust. Every piece is born from the finest top-tier factories, using only the highest-quality materials to evoke that intoxicating sense of Parisian escapism.

We launched in 2025 and in less than 6 months we’ve already smashed past $1M in sales. Fashion Week called us “the new boho obsession,” Judges declared our strawberry-pink silk dresses “the piece of the season,” and every cool-girl influencer from Paris to Venice Beach is wearing us.

Now we’re scaling fast—and we need a dynamic powerhouse to partner directly with our visionary CEO. If you're a strategic maestro with a passion for luxury growth and flawless execution, this is your invitation to shape the future of boho chic. We're looking for an execution specialist who gets things done fast and right—someone who treats the business like their own, pushes boundaries, finds ways to make the impossible happen, and thrives in a high-energy, results-driven environment.

The Role

Reporting directly to the CEO, you'll be the strategic heartbeat of our operations—a Sr. Executive Assistant and Project Manager who thrives in the fast-paced rhythm of a high-growth luxury brand. This isn't just support; it's a front-row seat to scaling a coveted empire, orchestrating complex initiatives across wholesale, marketing, production, and more. You'll turn bold visions into tangible victories with relentless hustle and precision.

Key Responsibilities
  • Fuel Wholesale Growth: Spearhead hiring, training, and continuous improvement for our sales team. Dive deep into analytics to craft growth strategies, aggressively opening new accounts while nurturing long-term client relationships.
  • Amplify Brand Magic Through Marketing: Collaborate on cutting-edge strategies, including paid ads, influencer partnerships, celebrity endorsements, and content calendars that ignite online sales and elevate brand recognition.
  • Master Production & Supply Chain Excellence: Scout and secure elite factories worldwide, guide product development from concept to reality, monitor deadlines with laser focus, and oversee stunning samples, prototypes, and salesman tools.
  • Orchestrate Complex Projects: Lead end-to-end project management, from customizing CRM systems to launching sophisticated automation programs that empower sales and customer service teams.
  • Streamline Financial Flows: Oversee shipping logistics, accounts receivable (returns/refunds), and accounts payable to ensure timely payments and alignment with ambitious goals.
  • Champion Fiscal Discipline & Daily Operations: Track company-wide expenses with actionable insights, while serving as the CEO's trusted right hand in day-to-day decision-making and strategic pivots.
  • Pioneer Expansion Horizons: Lay the groundwork for franchise and partnership opportunities, scouting physical boutique locations in key markets.
Who We're Looking For – Execution Specialists Who Get Things Done
  • Proven Trailblazer: 2+ years in executive assistance, project management, or operations within luxury fashion, wholesale, or e-commerce (boho/feminine/high-end apparel experience a huge plus).
  • Strategic Visionary: Exceptional analytical skills with a track record of driving revenue growth through data-driven strategies and process optimization.
  • Creative Collaborator: Hands-on experience in marketing (ads, influencers, endorsements) and production (sourcing, development, quality control).
  • Tech-Savvy Operator: Proficient in CRM (Salesforce/HubSpot), automation (Zapier), financial software (QuickBooks/ERP), and project tools (Asana/Monday.com).
  • Luxury Mindset: Impeccable organization, discretion, proactive “no-detail-too-small” ethos. Resilient under pressure with a warm, collaborative spirit.
  • Growth Enthusiast: Extremely high-functioning, results-oriented hustler who gets things done that others say isn't possible—and does it in half the time. Bachelor's degree in Business, Fashion, or related field; fluency in English (French or additional languages a plus).
What You Get – A Package Built for High-Performers
  • Base salary $30–$36/hour (~$62,400–$74,880/year full-time – Extremely competitive for luxury fashion operations roles, commensurate with experience especially with the below)
  • Guaranteed raises: 2% every 6 months (4% yearly) for first 2 years – automatic progression to higher base by year 2
  • Monthly Performance Bonus: $150–$350 extra every month when you present and execute a clear growth action plan (stackable!)
  • Annual bonus: $1,000 guaranteed → up to $5,000
  • Profit-sharing: Up to 15% of net profits distributed annually as extra bonuses to all staff based on performance – the harder we hustle together, the bigger everyone’s share
  • $3,000 guaranteed loyalty bonus at 3-year mark
  • Generous clothing allowance + VIP perks (fashion week access, travel for factory/market scouting)
  • 20 paid days off to start (13 PTO + 7 sick), growing +4 vacation days/year (cap at 25 PTO = up to 32 total days), plus 5 major holidays (separate)
  • $150/month health & wellness stipend
  • Direct CEO partnership, hands‑on mentorship, dreamy DTLA showroom, and the thrill of building a legacy brand
Our Culture – Built for Builders

Small 10-person team, lightning-fast execution, weekly 5‑minute power meetings with the CEO, Friday catered lunches + skill shares (with $100 prizes), potlucks ($50 prizes), quarterly Shark Tank pitches ($200 prizes). We reward results, ownership, and hustle – no excuses, just “how do we make it happen?”
