Strawberry Paris, a Parisian-inspired fashion house in Los Angeles, seeks a Wholesale Office Manager to lead B2B order management, customer experience, shipping, billing, and daily operations. You will support the CEO and inventory team while nurturing client relationships and driving sales with a commission-based incentive.

Ideal candidates are sales-driven, highly organized, and customer-focused, with experience in QuickBooks and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Experience in wholesale/customer-facing roles preferred.
• Strong multitasking and time-management skills.
• Comfortable lifting/moving boxes when required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, sales-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Manage B2B customer interactions with warmth and professionalism.
• Organize and track purchase orders from stockists and boutiques.
• Support warehouse operations including order prep.
• Build and nurture client relationships; resolve matters quickly.
• Provide seamless support to CEO, account managers, and inventory team.
• Maintain accurate records and handle administrative tasks efficiently.
• Upsell with charm and earn commission on new sales opportunities.
• Develop real-time solutions with a calm, strategic mindset.
