About the Role

Our client is looking for an experienced Senior Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to the Vice President, Deputy General Counsel, Litigation and the VP, Deputy General Counsel, Commercial & Corporate. This role is pivotal in managing executive priorities, optimizing workflow, and ensuring seamless communication across teams. This is a remote role, based in the USA, with occasional travel for organizational events and offsites. The person in this role will report to the Executive Business Partner to the Chief Corporate Affairs Officer and General Counsel.

Compensation

The successful candidate's salary will depend on factors like experience, skills, location, and market conditions, with potential for future adjustments. Compensation includes a base salary, localized by work location, and possible equity grants. The company offers a comprehensive benefits package, including 401(k) with match, paid time off, parental leave, wellness benefits, and paid holidays. Full-time employees also receive medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, mental health support, and more.

Salary Range

$112,200—$165,000 USD
