Withum is currently seeking an Assistant General Counsel that can be located remotely or in any of our offices nationwide. In this role, you will work directly with Withum's General Counsel to assist with a wide variety of legal work, including contract management, licensing, subpoena responses, litigation oversight, data privacy, and regulatory matters.

The annual salary range for this position is $150,000-$200,000. Withum offers a competitive benefits package and a bonus program based on individual and firm performance. Final offers depend on role specifics, location, and individual qualifications.
