About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Senior Executive Assistant to provide dedicated support to our CEO. This individual will serve as a key partner in managing day‑to‑day priorities, streamlining communication, researching tasks, and ensuring the CEO’s time is effectively focused. There may be the opportunity to help the firm with other functions if interest and capability align.

The ideal candidate will be bright, highly organized, have strong judgement, and think independently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the CEO’s calendar, including scheduling internal and external meetings, coordinating travel, personal appointments, and preparing necessary materials in advance.
  • Serve as a liaison between the CEO and internal teams, clients, to ensure seamless communication and follow-through.
  • Draft, review, and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Manage confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
  • Track and prioritize incoming requests, ensuring timely responses and resolution.
  • Assist with project coordination and operational initiatives to support firm‑wide goals.
  • Anticipate the CEO’s needs and proactively identify opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as an executive or administrative assistant, ideally within financial services, investment management, or professional services.
  • Strong organizational and time‑management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities at once.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, and other productivity tools.
  • High degree of professionalism, confidentiality, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to exercise sound judgment, anticipate needs, and take initiative.
  • Compensation Range: $95,000–$110,000 (excluding potential incentives). This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
  • Fully paid medical plan (with no in‑network co‑pays) for individuals, plus dental, vision, life, AD&D, and disability coverage.
