Job description

Accredited Investors Wealth Management® is seeking a full-time Senior Executive Assistant to serve as a deeply embedded partner to one of our managing partners. The right candidate has successfully operated in a high-volume, high-expectation executive environment and brings confidence, discretion, resilience, exceptional organization, and a strong sense of ownership.

This role extends beyond scheduling and task execution. The Senior Executive Assistant will serve as a trusted operating partner who understands the executive’s priorities, relationships, and commitments; identifies needs before they become urgent; and provides proactive support across business, client, networking, events, travel, and personal logistics.

Who We Are

We are a high-performing group of 60+ team members who are passionate about delivering exceptional service for our clients and being a sought-after place to work. Founded in 1987, Accredited is focused on delivering industry leading wealth management services to over 600 families, providing an invaluable service by pairing the breadth and depth of our collective financial planning expertise with a thorough knowledge of our clients’ lives. Fiercely independent and 100% owned by a group of actively engaged employee shareholders, Accredited manages approximately $4.4 billion of investment assets as of 12/31/2025.

We demonstrate our commitments – to our clients, our colleagues, and our community – through our values, culture, and mindset:

Values-Based: Our values are embedded within our work through our deep relationships with our clients, connection and camaraderie with colleagues, philanthropic contributions, and sustainability efforts within our community.

Culture-Focused: The Cultural Constitution from which we operate at Accredited isn’t meant to be aspirational; it’s practiced in our daily work. By actively applying gratitude and compassion, and functioning as one team, we strive to influence the future of our firm through our core values.

Curiosity-Minded: We are building a diverse team of individuals who are comfortable asking questions, not simply answering them.

Who You Will Work With

You will support a high-energy Managing Partner who is always on the go and maintains deep relationships with clients, prospective clients, colleagues, shareholders, and community and business leaders. Her responsibilities span client leadership, firm growth, marketing and communications, relationship development, industry and community involvement, and firmwide initiatives.

Her schedule frequently includes client and prospect meetings, networking engagements, external and internal events, leadership responsibilities, and offsite commitments. Effective support requires someone who can maintain a high level of coordination and communication even when the executive and EA are not physically together.

You will collaborate closely with the administrative team and colleagues across Wealth Management, Investment Management, Firm Growth, Marketing, and Operations. You will often serve as the first point of judgment for access, urgency, sequencing, logistics, and follow-through while representing the executive and firm with warmth, professionalism, and discretion.

Who Will Be Successful

Proactive & Highly Communicative: You do not wait for the executive to ask for updates. You maintain frequent alignment, communicate what is underway, close loops, and surface risks or missing information early. You understand that consistent communication creates confidence and prevents last-minute surprises.

Independent & Decisive: You can protect the executive’s time, redirect requests, resolve routine conflicts, and make thoughtful tradeoffs without seeking approval for every decision. You bring recommendations and solutions rather than simply presenting problems.

Relationship-Driven & Service Oriented: You invest in understanding the executive as both a leader and a person. You build strong relationships with colleagues and external stakeholders and approach client, prospect, networking, and hospitality needs with genuine care. You naturally notice details that create confidence, reduce confusion, and elevate the experience for clients, prospective clients, and colleagues.

Calm, Resilient & Adaptable: You remain composed when priorities shift, plans change, or a visible detail is missed. You take ownership, communicate clearly, correct issues quickly, and improve the underlying process.

Highly Organized & Detail-Oriented: You think through the full experience, not only the immediate request. Whether coordinating an executive meeting, client gathering, networking event, or firm-sponsored program, you proactively manage the countless details that create a polished, welcoming, and well-executed experience for attendees.

Confident & Candid: You are comfortable delivering difficult information, asking clarifying questions, setting diplomatic boundaries, and respectfully challenging an approach when necessary. You can receive direct feedback without becoming destabilized or withdrawing.
