We are looking for a team-oriented, highly organized, and proactive problem solver to provide a full range of executive support to Kimberly-Clark's Chief Finance Officer, as well as Senior leaders of the Global Finance Leadership (FLT) team. This position will report directly to the Chief Finance Officer (CFO), while also providing support to other Senior Leaders across the function and informal leadership / coaching to Executive Assistants within Finance.
The Senior Executive Assistants at Kimberly-Clark provide a broad range of skilled and confidential administrative support to ensure smooth operation of the business. The incumbent must maintain strong interpersonal relationships with senior leaders including ELT and employees at all levels of the organization maintaining a high level of confidentiality and trust.
