Location: Shared Services Office, Irving, TX (5 days per week in office)
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and resourceful Senior Executive Assistant to support members of our C-Level team. The focus on this role will be to support 3 -C-Level executives that include all Shared Services areas of Finance, People, Marketing, IT, Risk Mgt, and Growth. This role is pivotal—not just about managing schedules, but about creating time, space, and focus for the executive/s to lead at the highest level. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong business acumen, exceptional communication skills, and can manage high-level responsibilities with discretion, grace, and confidence.
The position is an in-office role, based in a corporate office environment in Irving, TX 5 days a week. Reasonable accommodations may be made for individuals with disabilities. Occasional travel is required for events. Physical demands include the ability to walk, bend, stand, and lift up to 20 lbs.
