About this opportunity:
As the Senior Executive Assistant to our C-Suite Executives, you will play a pivotal role in driving executive effectiveness by managing day-to-day operations, owning key strategic logistics, and enabling seamless decision-making at the highest level. This individual will be responsible for coordinating complex schedules, owning and distributing meeting agendas and materials, creating polished presentations, and managing all company-wide events with precision and professionalism.
This is an onsite role (4–5 days/week) at our headquarters in Brisbane, California, reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer. The US target range of our hourly rate for new hires is $131,325 to $201,000.You will also be eligible to receive pre-IPO equity, cash bonuses, and a full range of medical, financial, and other benefits depending on the position offered. Please note that individual total compensation for this position will be determined at the Company’s sole discretion and may vary based on several factors, including but not limited to, location, skill level, years and depth of relevant experience, and education.
