Job Description
Required Education/Experience:
• High school diploma or GED required
• 5–7 years of relevant experience
Required Qualifications:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong multi-tasking and time management abilities
• High level of customer service and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
• Organizational skills with attention to detail
• Basic mentoring skills to support and provide constructive feedback
Preferred Qualifications:
• Prior experience supporting executives is highly preferred
Required Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Responsibilities:
• Booking travel (flights, hotels, car rentals, etc.)
• Creating expense reports to submit to accounting
• Conduct basic bookkeeping tasks
• Prepare agendas and make arrangements for internal and external meetings
• Willing to look at a range of candidates. Experience booking international travel, and booking meetings across time zones a plus, and not hard to learn if it is new
• Best vs. Average: Initiative, willingness to try to solve problems on their own, courage to reach out to other people they don’t already, kindness to assume positive intent on the part of others and communicate with them empathetically, and commercial judgement to reach out for guidance when they are not sure of a situation – when in doubt, over-communicate
