Qualifications

• Three years of experience in administrative, merchandising, or other responsible work that enabled knowledge of store operations.

Responsibilities

• Directly responsible and accountable for performance and mission effectiveness of the Exchange; ensure loss prevention and compliance with procedures.
• Plan and direct operations to achieve sales and profit goals; coordinate with department managers; determine staffing needs.
• Conduct meetings with associates to implement NEX programs and ensure customer service excellence.
• Prepare and manage the activity budget; exercise obligational authority within budget limits.
• Develop projects and manage approved submissions; supervise administrative tasks and reporting.
• Attend meetings and represent the activity; provide input on progress and goals.
• Oversee personnel management and enforce policy of courtesy and service; ensure safety regulations.
