Job summary

Meriton is seeking a Senior Exchange Engineer to lead the design, administration, and optimization of our Microsoft Exchange and 365 messaging environment across multiple locations. You will own Exchange Online, Hybrid Exchange, mail flow, and tenant migrations while partnering with Security, Identity, and Service Delivery teams to ensure enterprise-grade reliability.

The role requires deep technical expertise, hands-on problem solving, and willingness to travel to Meriton locations and customer

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive IT experience with Microsoft Exchange and Microsoft 365 messaging environments.
• Deep technical expertise in Exchange Online, Hybrid Exchange, and Microsoft Exchange Server.
• Strong PowerShell scripting and automation skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the design, administration, and troubleshooting of Exchange Online and Hybrid environments.
• Lead complex Exchange migrations, including on-premises to Exchange Online and tenant migrations.
• Provide L2/L3 escalation support for messaging incidents and ensure platform security and reliability.
