Work conditions are favorable in a general office environment with minimal travel requirements.

Competenze

• Professional series Certification such as MCSE or MCITP focused on Exchange.
• IAT III Certification required.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in a similar role.

Mansioni

• Support overall health of the Enterprise Messaging environment.
• Resolve Tier III messaging tickets.
• Monitor health of Messaging systems using event management tools.
