Job summary

Pacific Aerospace Consulting seeks a Finance Management Support Officer to lead FMS case reporting for aerospace programs. This office-based role is in Lexington Park, MD, with up to 10% travel and collaboration with PMA-265 and NAVAIR finance teams.

The ideal candidate holds a SECRET clearance, with DoD FMS experience, and strong analytics, dashboards and BI reporting skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and Visio is required.

Qualifications

• SECRET-level security clearance required (US or allied government).
• Experience with DoD FMS financial management and relevant portals.
• Ability to design analytics, dashboards, drilldowns and visualizations.
• Knowledge of Australian Defence Management and Financial Plan budget processes is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills; accurate financial data review and reporting.

Responsibilities

• FMS financial reporting and monthly forecast-to-actuals and planning.
• Engage stakeholders like PMA-265 and NAVAIR finance teams.
• Develop finance analytics, dynamic reports, dashboards and BI outputs.
• Support program management and risk management across FMS cases.
• Assist with budget oversight, travel processes and journal entries.
• Ensure quality with PAC QMS and ISO9001:2015 compliance.
• Travel up to 10% locally and interstate as required.
