Job summary

Anduril Industries seeks an experienced Systems Integration and Test Engineering Lead to guide the EW team from concept to deployment. You will build and lead a team providing systems engineering and integration test support for ESM and ECM systems.

You will plan and execute tests across the full lifecycle, drive SIL and flight test activities, and ensure proper firmware/software integration on prototype and production hardware. A strong ownership mindset and collaboration culture are required.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a Systems Integration and Test team.
• Experience in testing Radar, ESM and ECM systems.
• Experience creating plans and procedures for System integration & test (I&T).
• Experience in verification and validation of system/subsystem requirements.
• Experience in SIL design, setup and automation.
• Flight Test experience and flight test data analysis.
• Experience in integrating firmware and software on prototype and production hardware.
• Experience in platform integration, co-site analysis, EMI/EMC testing.

Responsibilities

• Lead a Systems Integration & Test team and provide systems engineering support.
• Plan, coordinate, schedule and implement testing across concepts to deployment.
• Coordinate integration of firmware/software on hardware platforms.
• Perform verification, validation and flight test data analysis.
• Conduct SIL testing, EMI/EMC analyses and co-site evaluations.
