Job summary

Lockheed Martin’s Ground Cyber Electronic Warfare Integrated Engineering team seeks an experienced Project Engineer Sr Staff to lead complex programs. You will coordinate planning, execution, integration, and testing while partnering with technical teams, PMs, internal stakeholders, and customers.

You will manage baselines and EACs, perform EVM and variance analyses, and develop BOEs for proposals, ensuring credible cost/schedule outcomes across CAMs.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering STEM field.
• 14+ years of professional experience; or 12+ years with a related Masters degree.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD government clearance at the TS/SCI level.
• Experience with project management lifecycle steps.
• Experience in analyzing and assessing project decisions based on schedule, cost, or technical impacts.
• Earned Value Management System (EVMS) experience.
• Cost Account Manager (CAM) certification or ability to obtain within 60 days.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate engineering project planning, execution, integration, and completion.
• Manage cost baselines and Estimates at Completion (EACs); conduct EVM, variance, staffing, subcontractor, and risk/opportunity analysis; manage Control Account performance.
• Monitor weekly charging, identify discrepancies, track EVM performance, and elevate issues to Program Management and CAMs.
• Coordinate technical development, scheduling, engineering design, integration, and test activities; ensure credible EACs; analyze variances and implement corrective actions; support program reviews; develop BOEs for proposals.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful project execution and proposal development.
