Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in systems engineering, electrical engineering, software engineering, or related field.
• 12+ years of related experience (10+ years with graduate degree).
• 5+ years of technical leadership or engineering management in EW/defense/aerospace.
• Experience with DoD, IC, or national security programs is valued.

Responsibilities

• Lead a systems engineering team for EW and NGJ program scope.
• Guide architecture, requirements analysis, integration, verification, and deployment across lifecycles.
• Collaborate with Program Management, Chief Engineers, customers, and functional teams.
• Manage risk, staffing, and technical reviews across NGJ and EW programs.
