The position requires US citizenship, ability to obtain DoD clearance, hands-on lab experience, and strong collaboration with customers to translate requirements into hardware and software designs.

Qualifications

• Passion for program startup and test/integration.

• Experience with Electronic Warfare (comms and/or non-comms), PNT and waveforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute complex EW programs from concept through validation.
• Develop and verify hardware and software architectures for EW systems.
• Coordinate with customers to capture and translate requirements.
• Guide hardware design, integration, and testing with lab emphasis.
• Advance automated testing and verification capabilities.
• Support new business initiatives and technical content creation.
