Job summary

L3Harris Technologies is seeking a Sr. Specialist, Program Management in Clifton, NJ. You will lead Electronic Warfare programs, interfacing with customers, engineering, operations, and BD to assure cost, schedule, and technical performance using Earned Value Management.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, deep EW domain knowledge, and the ability to drive program reviews and strategic growth. A TS clearance and extensive related experience are required.

Qualifications

• Active DoD Top Secret Clearance is required.
• Bachelor’s Degree with 9+ years of relevant experience; graduate degree with 7+ years or 13+ years of experience in lieu of degree.
• 7+ years of Earned Value Management (EVM) experience.
• 7+ years in defense/aerospace program management, preferably EW or related mission‑critical systems.
• PMP or equivalent program management certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day management of Electronic Warfare programs across schedule, budget, EVM, risk, and deliverables.
• Maintain proficiency in Earned Value Management, including cost and schedule performance metrics and forecasting.
• Serve as the primary customer-facing representative for assigned programs and ensure contractual alignment.
• Coordinate cross‑functionally with engineering, operations, supply chain, finance, and quality to drive milestones.
• Prepare and deliver program reviews, status updates, and financial reporting.
• Identify follow‑on opportunities and support capture activities to contribute to growth.
