L3Harris Technologies is seeking an Electronic Warfare, Systems Engineering Lead in Clifton, NJ. The role focuses on radar and sensor systems, system requirements, architecture, performance analysis, and customer interaction to drive advanced radar development and strategic growth.

The successful candidate will work across multidisciplinary teams, support capture and proposals, and travel up to 20% to engage customers and support program execution.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 9 years of prior relevant experience; graduate degree preferred.
• 9 years of experience in systems engineering for radar, RF, or sensor systems.
• Ability to obtain secret clearance.
• 10%-20% travel.

Responsabilidades

• Support the development and management of system requirements, architectures, and interface definitions for radar systems and related subsystems.
• Perform system-level analysis, trade studies, and performance assessments for radar solutions in support of customer and program needs.
• Partner with engineering, program management, and business development teams to align technical solutions with customer requirements and growth objectives.
• Engage directly with customers to understand mission needs and communicate technical capabilities.
• Support capture, proposal, and business development activities, including technical presentations and customer briefings.
• Assist in defining and communicating radar system concepts, operational use cases, and differentiated technical approaches.
• Support integration, verification, validation, and test planning for radar systems.
• Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams including systems, software, RF, antenna, hardware, and test engineering.
• Participate in technical and program reviews and help drive resolution of technical issues.
