Job summary

L3Harris Technologies is seeking a Lead, Systems Engineering to drive MBSE and end-to-end hardware/software/firmware development for EW/ELINT programs in the Spectrum Superiority sector. This on-site Clifton, NJ role requires senior Systems Engineering leadership and close collaboration with customers and program managers.

The candidate will manage requirements, risk, and verification activities, and mentor engineers while interfacing with cross-functional teams to deliver mission-critical

Qualifications

• DoD security clearance required.
• Bachelor’s Degree with 9+ years of relevant experience (or 7 years with Graduate Degree, or 13 years without degree).
• Experience leading HW/SW/FW development for EW/ELINT programs.
• Strong MBSE, requirements management and systems engineering skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Systems Engineering team for EW/ELINT programs.
• Define and drive organizational level solutions across multiple programs.
• Oversee requirements flow-down, traceability, and MBSE processes.
• Lead design verification testing, lab/chamber/ground/flight tests and risk management.
• Interface with customers and Program Managers to communicate results.
