Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 9+ years in radar or sensor systems.
• Ability to obtain secret clearance and 10–20% travel.
• Experience engaging customers, capture and proposals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage system requirements, architectures, and interfaces for radar systems.
• Perform system-level analysis, trade studies, and performance assessments.
• Coordinate with engineering, program management, and business development teams.
• Engage directly with customers to understand mission needs and communicate capabilities.
• Support capture, proposals, and technical briefings.
• Assist in defining radar system concepts and use cases.
• Support verification, integration, and test planning for radar systems.
• Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams and drive issue resolution.
• Travel as needed to support program execution and customer engagement (25%).
