Job summary

Leidos is seeking an Operations Analyst to support FAA's AAT under the NISC program. The role focuses on leading programmatic efforts for the eVTOL Integration Pilot Program, developing implementation frameworks, schedules, risk assessments, and executive briefing materials to enable informed decision-making.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree with 12+ years (or Masters with 10+ years) of relevant experience.
  • Ability to communicate with management at various levels, multitask, strong organizational skills, and budget adherence.
  • Excellent written communication and ability to draft official reports.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint.
  • Experience with AAM, UAS, and/or C-UAS in the federal government.
  • Extensive knowledge of federal aviation regulations.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain Public Trust Security clearance.

Responsibilities

  • Lead programmatic support efforts for planning and execution of the eVTOL IPP.
  • Serve as SME to FAA senior leadership supporting implementation frameworks, schedules, risk assessments, and reporting materials.
  • Collect, analyze, and organize operational, technical, and stakeholder data for FAA integration strategies.
  • Facilitate collaboration with industry partners, government stakeholders, and pilot program participants.
  • Establish and execute a master schedule of program deliverables across evolving workstreams.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress, address urgent matters, and gather data.
  • Develop executive briefings detailing status and recommendations for improvements.
