Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with 12+ years of experience or Master’s with 10+ years of experience.
• Ability to communicate to various management levels and coordinate meetings with diverse stakeholders.
• Excellent written communication and ability to independently develop official reports.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, Teams, and PowerPoint.
• Recent experience with AAM, UAS and/or C-UAS within the federal government.
• Extensive knowledge of federal aviation regulations.
• Ability to obtain and maintain Public Trust clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead programmatic support efforts for planning and execution of the eVTOL Integration Pilot Program.
• Serve as SME to FAA senior leadership supporting development of implementation frameworks and schedules.
• Collect, analyze, and organize operational, technical, and stakeholder data informing FAA strategies.
• Facilitate collaboration with industry partners and government stakeholders in pilot program activities.
• Establish and manage a master schedule of program deliverables across evolving workstreams.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and gather data.
• Develop executive briefings detailing status and recommendations for improvements.
