Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Project Analyst to support the FAA's Office of Advanced Aviation Technologies within the NISC Program. The role involves data classification, report preparation, and maintaining project databases to enable informed decision-making for eVTOL and AAM initiatives.

You will produce financial and scheduling analyses, draft non-technical and technical documents, and ensure compliance with DOT/FAA guidelines while coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree and less than two years of prior relevant experience.
  • Ability to communicate to various levels of management, multi-tasking, strong organizational skills, budget adherence experience.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams, and PowerPoint.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain Public Trust Security clearance.

Responsibilities

  • Classifies and summarizes data for the preparation and submission of reports on a recurring basis.
  • Support in developing, updating, and analyzing project databases and tracking programs.
  • Create specialized reports for analysis of financial status, project prioritization, and schedule establishment.
  • Write, edit, proofreading and/or provide writing support on non-technical and/or technical documents.
  • Conform to policies, guidelines, and procedures with adherence to plain language guidelines and branding guidelines.
  • Conduct in-depth research for executive briefings, white papers, and program strategies ensuring compliance with DOT, FAA, and state/local regulations.
  • Analyze data from multiple sources, identify key metrics, and integrate cleansed data in business analytics and data visualization tools.
