Job summary

Leidos is seeking a senior engineering leader to serve as the Applied Engineering integrator for a high-visibility aerospace vehicle test program. This role blends deep technical credibility with strong business operations acumen to translate engineering realities into decision-ready information for leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in an engineering discipline from an ABET-accredited program
• Proven experience leading technical teams and programs in aerospace or related fields
• Ability to obtain and maintain U.S. security clearance

Responsibilities

• Lead manufacturing readiness, integration, and test activities from engineering through field operations.
• Oversee vehicle integration sequencing, interface management, configuration control, test planning, verification and retest.
• Cross‑functional coordination across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, and operations; report to senior leadership.
