Job summary

Jobtailor seeks a seasoned EVMS specialist to establish, configure, and maintain a compliant Earned Value Management System and cost-schedule control infrastructure. You will apply EVMS concepts across control accounts within the Integrated Product Team and develop the Work Breakdown Structure with budgeting and scheduling data.

You will produce internal and external variance analyses and government cost-performance reports, and use SAP and Earned Value software (Deltek Cobra/MPM) for reporting

Qualifications

• US citizenship and ability to obtain Top Secret clearance and SAP approval.
• 5 years of related experience in business, finance, accounting, or aerospace/defense.
• Experience with SAP, SAP BW, Deltek Cobra/MPM, or comparable EVMS tools.
• Ability to prepare and present briefings to senior-level customers.
• 1+ years of EVMS experience.
• Demonstrated EVMS principles and cost-schedule control mastery.

Responsibilities

• Establish, configure, and maintain EVMS and cost-schedule control infrastructure.
• Apply EVMS concepts across control accounts within the Integrated Product Team.
• Develop and sustain WBS and budgeting/scheduling data.
• Produce and present variance-analysis reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Prepare government cost-performance reports and briefings.
• Operate SAP/Deltek Cobra/MPM for project management and financial analysis.
• Conduct schedule risk assessments and mitigation planning.
• Interface with program managers and cost account managers.
